Refund Policy

At Arkline Healthtech Private Limited (“Arkline Healthtech Private Limited”), “we” are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions associated with our journal publication services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for publication-related fees.

General Policy

All payments made toward article processing charges (APC), publication fees, or other editorial services are non-refundable once the editorial and peer-review process has commenced. This is because significant time and resources are invested in handling each manuscript.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment

If the author has accidentally made a duplicate or excess payment, the surplus amount will be refunded upon verification.

Article Not Processed

If a submitted manuscript has not entered the editorial or peer-review process and the author formally withdraws the submission, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

Journal-Side Technical Issues

If Arkline is unable to process or publish the article due to internal technical issues or operational errors, authors may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The manuscript has undergone peer review, editorial assessment or plagiarism checks.
  • The author withdraws the article after acceptance.
  • Delay caused by authors’ failure to provide required documents, revisions, or responses.
  • Rejection of the manuscript due to quality, ethical concerns, or scope mismatch.
  • Indexing-related expectations, as indexing decisions are made solely by external agencies.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, authors must:

  1. Submit a written request to contact@arklinehealthtech.com.
  2. Provide payment proof, manuscript ID and valid justification.
  3. Allow up to 7-14 business days for review and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

For any disputes or clarification regarding this policy, authors may contact our support team. Arkline Healthtech Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time.
